Caring is a hard role, one wich is selfless and time consuming. Often there is no-one to listen as we tend and care for our loved ones. Offering unconditional love and support daily, whilst pushing aside your own needs is swamped by emotions, stresses and fears of your own.
The West Norfolk Carers hold a drop clinic at the Swaffham Surgery. They offer advice, help, support or just a listening ear to people who look after someone who is frail, ill, disabled or has mental health or substance misuse problems.
They offer support to carers young and old.
DROP IN CLINIC – every 4th Monday 09.30 – 11 30 am
