It has been brought to our attention that on-line prescription ordering systems used by this practice are not working correctly and are making it difficult for dispensing patients to continue to use the practice dispensary.

Difficulties using the service may result in patients inadvertently nominating a pharmacy to dispense their prescriptions.

The suppliers of these systems are aware of the problem and are working to address them. However, while this process is underway, we have disabled the repeat prescription online access facility and we ask that you  either call into the practice to drop your repeat prescription in or phone the dispensary on their direct line in order that they can deal with your request.

Please can you call to order repeat prescriptions after 14.30pm.

This is a national problem and it will have an impact on the dispensary at the practice.

The dispensary is an important part of the services we are able to provide at the practice and without this income the practice will be affected.
